“You are where your thoughts are,” so the saying goes.
It’s not always easy to stay present, to be in the moment.
The brain likes to think and take us on journeys far away from what’s really happening now.
Then, sometimes, seemingly out of nowhere, something brings you back home to a centered place of being.
Maybe a butterfly lands on your hand!
*Poof!*
Like magic, the brain shifts gears!
Preoccupation vanishes.
All attention is focused on the delightful gift of the beautiful winged creature’s visit.
The soul knows solace in this moment.
Jin Shin Jyutsu offers the space of solace too.
